A Day at the Fair

I took these photos this past August at the Lane County Fair with a borrowed Diana F+ and slide film. Although it's taken me a while to scan these babies, the surprise was well worth it and added some much needed color to a dreary day.

I'd really like this printed on fabric.

  6. Cool photos. Finally finished reading Cruddy several days ago...and have been pondering it ever since. I'm a lit person and can only surmise that its some sort of comment on fatherhood. Really like the notion of a dangerous little girl.

  7. that's an interesting viewpoint, I saw the book in many ways as
comment on adolescence and the adolescent voice. You gotta hand it to
Barry for recreating the way that the tiniest details of conversation
take immense importance at that age... except she also turns the idea
of the minutiae of the teen voice on its head! anyways, hope you
enjoyed it. it was my goal to get at least one person to read Cruddy
    through the blog so...
